He has attended classes and shows including Chicago, Las Vegas, New York. and other cities in the New England Area. Bill has maintained a professional edge in the hair industry for years. EDUCATION: Charlene has been the owner of Salon 27 since 1991. She has been a senior stylist for over 40 years. A master in color, Charlene has been an educator with L'oreal Professional. She is certified with the latest trending color concept, Balyage. Charlene has had extensive training through the years with Toni & Guy, The American Crew Academy, Richard Dalton, The Alterie Brothers, Jean Braa, and Paul Mitchell to name a few. Her specialty is working with long hair, whether it be cutting, coloring or formal occasions. She is a firm believer in furthering ones education and has had her stylists attending training courses through the years, which is what makes Salon 27 unique.
